Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a super 2019.
It would be amiss not to reflect on the achievements of 2018. Four state-of-the-art 2-storey homes were constructed in our final stage, with only two more left to be built. These are beautiful 3-bedroom, double garage homes. They were finished very late in the year and if you hurry you can still secure one. The kitchen in our Community Centre was upgraded recently and in 2019 we’ll also be creating a beautiful lounge with a lovely gas fireplace for your pleasure. Enhancements to make your life at Omokoroa Country Estate even better than it already is.
Great news for residents, new and old! From now on, any increases in the weekly fee will be equivalent to the CPI (Consumer Price Index). This means you can rest assured that any increase will never outpace your income. Comforting news, especially for those whose only income is the Government Superannuation.
