Every home refurbished to perfection
Over 150 well-appointed homes are located within Ōmokoroa Country Estate. The estate first opened in 1988 and new homes are still being built today as our community continues to expand.
Our two and three-bedroom homes range in size from 100sqm to over 200sqm. Most are single level, although some do have a second story which enjoy views of the nearby harbour, golf course or Kaimai Ranges.
Most homes are an attractive brick and tile, while our recent two story additions have a modern plaster finish with an internal lift as well as a traditional staircase.
Living areas have bright modern spaces, plenty of storage and you will feel cosy with a heat pump and thermal-lined curtains. Our modern kitchens have beautiful stone bench-tops and most bathrooms have tiled walk-in showers and attractive vanities.
The colour palette is modern and neutral so you can add your own style and flair with furniture and personal belongings. Each home is designed for independent living with privacy in mind, and the well-established gardens add colour and joy to every room.
