What does this mean for OCE residents?
We are an essential service and our relationship manager will be here during the lockdown period. Please call the office if you need any assistance. Should you, or a family member living in the Village, need any essential food items please don’t hesitate to contact us. We can help!

Please notify reception of any maintenance repairs required and our ground staff and property management are on call in case of an emergency.

All facilities are unavailable for Residents to use i.e. the Village Centre, Pool, Spa, Gym, Snooker room and Art room will all be closed until further notice. We will be delivering mail to residents during these 3 days. We have a security guard at the entrance of Anderley Avenue who will be taking contact details and the temperature of everyone that enters the village.

A reminder under level 4
It is mandatory to wear masks in supermarkets and any retail store. You are now strongly advised to wear them anytime you are outside. We have a supply at reception so please call us if you need one.

People are instructed to stay at home in their bubble other than for essential personal movement. You can go for a walk, run or bike ride in your local area. Exercise is good for your mental health. If you do, it must be on your own, or with your household bubble. Keep a minimum 2-metre distance.

Do not do activities that may require search and rescue services. For example, do not go swimming, surfing, boating, hunting or tramping.

If you are unwell, do NOT go outside.

Visitors to our Village are only welcome under lower alert levels and for the safety of our residents we have cancelled our open home for Sunday 22nd August.
