We’re excited to share with you the details of our Village Centre refurbishment which is about to get underway.
The Village Centre, which is well over 1,000m², is the hub of our community but it is coming up to 28 years’ old so it’s time for a fresh new look. An interior designer has helped choose a modern white and olive green colour scheme and new paint, wallpaper, wooden wall panelling and carpet will soon be installed throughout the building.
Our entranceway will receive a grand make-over with a custom-made rug inset into a beautiful new tiled floor and a gas fireplace installed to create a cosy ambience. Soft linen drapes and smart tartan upholstery will bring our dining room and dance floor to life.
One of the most exciting developments will be the construction of our new lounge featuring a fireplace and large screen TV. There will be new doors opening out onto our outdoor patio adjacent to the pool.
A new purpose-built billiards room has been created downstairs and has feature wallpaper and lovely panelled walls, which will ensure this space is warm and inviting all year-round.
Finally, luxurious bathroom vanities and modern vessel basins will be installed to help bring our Village Centre in line with the high-end quality of our homes. All of this is in addition to our commercial quality kitchen which was refurbished last year and is available for residents use.
We hope you’re as excited as we are to see these changes unfold in the coming months. The facilities we have are fantastic and our ‘new look’ will bring us right up-to-date.
